so today at work we found on the invertory syemtem that we should ahve product worth 50 quid which we had nver heard of in stock and we should have 4 of them adding up to £200 of stock

so me and my manager were checked off every delvery note for the last 3 months and it wasnt on any of those, so it had to go through as a adjustment. and that get added onto our shrinkage totals , great that means mr anti pink socks on our backs about no checking things correctly, which isnt the case here becuse we didint recive it as it a head office error. we finally found the report and the purcase order and the items  dddint come in when head office added it to our symtem so one very one stresful morning.

this afternoon after steph had gone home as it was my turn to close down tonight both printers tills decided not to print.
so from half 4 to half 5 tonight the shop was manic i couldnt give cumstomers recipts then till 1 said my pasword was not valid for opening the till :( , but it worked on till 2, fortunally there  was no money in till 1 due to cashing it up earlier.

my point is recyled cumputers may be well and good but our sytem at work needs a totall update becuse of the amonut of time wasted trying to sort  the tills crashing ,priners jams and alike  waste us time and the company money, it would be far better to invest in the shop so we can concetrate on selling andd keepng the shop tiday than a flapping around in a state, on the phone to helpdesk in america.
